Indoor training 

 ​⚾ Indoor Training Season – November to February - Our indoor baseball training runs from November through late February, with three sessions per week — Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Locations: We focus on building strong fundamentals in a competitive and fun environment. Each session is two hours and covers:
  • Batting and pitching
  • Running and base-running techniques
  • Glove work and footwork
  • Defensive positions
  • Offensive and defensive strategies
  • Fitness training 
Coaching is led by a mix of dedicated volunteers, paid coaches, and Joseph Gonyeau, ensuring every athlete gets quality instruction and personal attention.
